It is a very fast paced market so there will always be jobs to work. Since their inception they have prioritised client relationships so 80% of their business is retained.You would start as a resourcer filling vacant positions and supporting your line manager. Then have the opportunity to progress at your own pace into a full 360 position.The Requirements: Sales Recruitment ConsultantYou do not need any prior experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have:- B2B Sales Experience- OR Degree Educated- Excellent interpersonal skills- Great organisational skills- A competitive nature- A sense of achievement- Unrivalled work ethicThe Role: Sales Recruitment Consultant- Headhunting figures using targeted search approach.- Screening candidates over the phone.- Building relationships with candidates and clients.- Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process.- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.- Regular client visits.- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets.- Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
