From drafting contracts to advising on disciplinary issues, training and development, dismissals and much more, we make sure thatour clients are able to properly manage their employees to improve recruitment and retention, reduce risks and costs and focus on building their businesses. * Through a combination of on-the-job learning, in-house training and external professional development courses we will provide the support needed to qualify as one of our Employment Law and HR Consultants over a 12-18 month period (see training programme outlinedlater). All you need is ambition and good communication and writing skills! * You will be part of a small, friendly and hardworking team which has the support of a wider Group including Gillian McAteer, Head of Employment Law for Citation who regularly appears on national TV and radio commenting on the latest legal developments inour area.The Person We do not require you to hold a Law degree or CIPD qualification, we just ask that you have a passion for great customer care, an appetite to learn and grow your knowledge in HR And Employment Law and have strong interpersonal skills.
