Gain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulations.
Build strong client relationships to uncover their needs and financial aspirations.
Conduct initial consultations to assess client suitability for different mortgage options.
Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.
Prepare and submit mortgage applications with accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise effectively with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the process.
Provide clients with clear communication and updates on their application progress.
Consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Actively participate in training programs to develop your knowledge and expertise.

Our Client is Looking For

A Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker with a CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
Someone who lives within an easy commute of the Shepperton office.
Previous sales experience, ideally within financial services or customer services.
A clean credit history and a valid UK driving license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
