Job Description

This role requires a meticulous Payroll Technician with a keen eye for detail to join our Accounting & Finance team in the industrial/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex calculations and maintain accurate financial records.Client DetailsThe client is a globally recognised entity in the industrial/manufacturing industry.   • Manage and calculate payrolls accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR to validate and update employee data.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payroll issues.
  • Generate reports for upper management, finance department and auditors.
  • Participate in payroll audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and employee information.
  • Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations.
ProfileA successful Payroll Technician should have:
  • A strong foundation in finance or accounting.
  • Proven experience in a payroll department or similar role.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software and MS Excel (pivot tables and look-ups)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
Job Offer
