Job Description

This role requires a meticulous Payroll Technician with a keen eye for detail to join our Accounting & Finance team in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Manage and calculate payrolls accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations.
Collaborate with HR to validate and update employee data.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payroll issues.
Generate reports for upper management, finance department and auditors.
Participate in payroll audits and liaise with auditors.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and employee information.
Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations.

ProfileA successful Payroll Technician should have:

A strong foundation in finance or accounting.
Proven experience in a payroll department or similar role.
Proficiency in relevant payroll software and MS Excel (pivot tables and look-ups)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.

Job Offer
