Chef Manager - Slough£35,000 to £39,000 per annum (DOE)Monday - Friday role! 40 hours per week We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager at Virgin Media based in Slough.We connect workplaces to mindful, flavourful & planet-positive cateringAt Eurest, we are the experts in workplace catering, operating in over 700 workspaces every day. As the Catering Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence theday-to-day business, youll maximise the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards,You will enhance sales and provide our customers with great service. You will need to build an excellent relationship with the client making sure their needs as well as contractual needs are met to the highest. More about the role

• Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Shop, Vending and Hospitality.
• Leading the onsite catering team of 3 with 200-300 customers on site.
• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the modern kitchen and front of house environment
• Ensuring the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Completing weekly bookwork and reports
• Stock taking and ordering

About You:

• Previous Contract Catering Management experience essential
• Experience in a similar role/ideally contract catering and the management of producing food and adhering to recipes and menu planning
• Excellent communication & leadership skills, able to engage and motive others
• Experience in managing client relationships
• Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results
• IT literate (Ms Office and emails)
• Business management within a kitchen environment
