Water is essential to daily life, and that means our business is always open.What you will be doingThis is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in one of our most critical roles within Waste Treatment as a front-line performance manager. You will have two key accountabilities; firstly, to manage and support your team and secondly to managethe process.You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of 11 Technicians and improvement of sewage treatment works to ensure delivery of regulatory compliance within strict budgets.Were looking for you to:

  • Have excellent people and performance management skills to support and drive a team of mixed skills and abilities
  • Have process or operational management experience with strong skills in engineering, finance, H&S and stakeholder engagement
  • Be focused on health and safety within the team and on-site
  • Be excellent at organisation and risk management
  • A valid driving licence is required to travel to different sites
