Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - September 2024Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)Start Date: September 2024Contract: Full-Time, Long-TermSalary: £95 - £110 per dayLocation: Smethwick, B66LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic educationalenvironment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons during teachers Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time, ensuring continuity in students learning experiences.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere to support student engagement and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support these students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cover various teaching duties as required.
