A Restaurant Supervisor is required for this busy bar and restaurant in Solihull. As well as the impressive fresh food, the venue also has an extensive cocktail menu. This place is busy with a fun, lively atmosphere and banging tunes. They are looking for aSupervisor who can lead and inspire the friendly front-of-house team with a focus on the guest experience. This role would suit a current Team leader, Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager of a branded restaurant. They are looking for a leader who bringspositive energy, you will be an expert in caring for their guests, supporting and coaching team members, embracing change and helping create a positive culture where everyone aims to perform better.What is our client looking for in their new Supervisor
