Job Opportunity: Scheduler Contract Type: Permanent Annual Salary: £25,000 Driving Required: No Working Pattern: Full Time� Our client, an industry specialist in providing end-to-end solutions for their customer are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Co-ordinator to join their dedicated team. As a Service Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring theefficient planning, coordination, and delivery of field engineer activities to meet KPI targets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Schedule preventative maintenance visits, reactive calls, and remedial works to optimise engineer utilisation and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to maximise productivity and resolve queries promptly.
  • Book visits efficiently, in line with company procedures, to ensure excellent engineer utilisation and customer satisfaction. �
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate engineering data and support other departments as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact fluently with customers, manufacturers, and internal staff.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A customer-centric mindset, delivering quality service consistently. �
