EMEA Customer Renewals Manager (WFH) IT Software, Vendor _ ChannelSalary up to £47,250 base + £15,750 Uncapped OTE + Excellent Benefits plus WORK FROM HOME, anywhere in Europe although UK is preferable. Great opportunity to move into the IT Security Software community.Excellent prospects for career progression: Senior Renewals Manager, then Customer Success Manager and then Senior Customer Success and then potential Enterprise Sales Account Mgmt. My client pays excellent salaries/commission and generous accelerators for over-achievement. This role will cover the EMEA where you will be dealing with the Channel so VaR, MSPs, Systems Integrator and of course the End User customer to retain customer, improve their experience and service satisfaction and upgrade annual subscription wherever possible. Specific targets and financials will be divulged on your application. The company has recently acquired a major vendor maximising and bolstering their IT Security capability filling the gap in their current product suite making this a very exciting opportunity to pass onto clients for upselling.I am looking for a suitable candidate to have c.3 -5 years IT Software experience perhaps where you have come from an IT Support Customer role and now looking for a move into Customer Success. You MUST have a Software or IT background ideally with experience of working through the Channel so VaRs SIs MSPs.
