Job Description

Head of HR - Permanent - HybridWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of HR to lead a high performing HR team for one of our clients based in the South East. Reporting to the HR Director, you will collaborate with the wider HR Leadership team, HR Business Partners and businessleaders to develop and execute the people agenda in alignment with our clients vision.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner, providing expertise and solutions on people-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, recruitment and organisational development.
  • Support leaders in navigating through business changes and provide coaching, mentoring and support to colleagues at all levels.
  • Build strong talent pipelines, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and ensure a resilient and high-performing workforce.
  • Lead the people team, inspiring and nurturing their talent through coaching and personal development.
  • Be a change leader, influencing and coaching senior stakeholders to achieve business goals and drive organisational design and development.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience operating as an HR business partner at a senior level, ideally with a professional qualification from an accredited chartered institute.
  • Broad understanding of various HR functions including learning and development, reward, talent management and employee relations.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced transformational environment and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and deliver solutions to stakeholders across all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with a practical approach to implementing people solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop your team.
