Working as part of their School Team, you will be assisting with thedevelopment and implementation of individual education and behaviour plans, also personal care programmes.You will be responsible for supporting with specific and targeted curriculum through various strategies in order to help learners achieve their learninggoals and also promoting independence.This is an incredibly rewarding role working closely with learners to provide them with an educational experience that not only extends their academic skills and abilities, but also promotes personal growth and helps tobuild self-esteem.About youYou do not need previous experience of working in a Learning Support Assistant role, however it is desirable. They do ask that you have good literacy and numeracy skills and are able to communicate effectively with both learnersand adults.A relevant qualification is essential for the Level 2 Teaching Assistant position e.g. Level 3 SSTLiS or equivalent. You will be working Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year.About Our ClientOur client is situated in 60 acres of Hertfordshire countrysidebetween Harlow and Bishops Stortford.
