Job Description

Property Locum – South West – £55per hour – Remote WorkingVenn Group’s specialist public sector legal team is assisting a South West Local Authoritywhich is looking to appoint aProperty Lawyeron a locum basis.This is a full time, remote working position for an initial duration of 3 months. It would best suitaqualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx)with strong Local Authority experience.Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of commercial property matters related to asset portfolio management
  • Managingand advisingon the development, sale, lease, and other transactions involving public sector land holdings
  • Providing expert advice on all aspects of local authority land transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards
  • Offering strategic and practical advice to clients on property matters
  • Developing effective solutions to complex property issues, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
