Job Description

Valuations Manager posistion - London - Top 25 FirmAre you a Valuations Assistant Manager or Manager keen to take the next step in your career Or are you looking to move into a forward-thinking, progression driven teamOur client, a fast-paced practice firm, are growing their Valuations team. They are looking for a candidate to join the team, to work on the delivery of valuations for a variety of purposes and clientsThe role sits between the Valuation team in London, and will be heavily collaborative with other teams and services lines in the business across the countryThe firm operates in the mid-tier, with deals from 1m-100m and sector agnostic. The team supports OMB clients, so has a strong pipeline of work.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of valuation clients across a range of sectors
  • Preparing valuation reports and communicating any issues in a timely manner, either within the team or with clients as appropriate.
  • Assist with pitching and the preparation of proposals, including scope and fee.
  • Perform valuations of shares, businesses, intangible assets, share options and certain other business assets
  • Training and mentoring junior team members
The successful candidate will:
  • Be ACA/CFA qualified or equivalent
  • Have strong valuation experience gained ideally from another mid-tier professional services firm
  • Have a hands-on attitude, and be keen to drive growth within the team
