Community Psychiatric Nurse – South Yorkshire – Ongoing OpportunityAre you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with community experience seeking an exciting new challenge We have an excellent opportunity for you across multiple sites in South Yorkshire.Here are the key details:Role Overview:

Position: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Band: 6
Location: South Yorkshire (multiple sites)
Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
Schedule: Full time / Days

Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

A Day in the Life of an RMN:As a community mental health nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to patients.Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting visits to patients in the community to ensure their needs are met.
Administering medication at scheduled times to address patient needs.
Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, offering support, and monitoring progress.
Performing risk assessments to ensure patient safety and creating a secure environment for treatment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
Proven community experience.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to patients.
