This full-time role is crucial in helping the child navigate and thrivein their educational environment.Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated one-on-one behaviour support to a child in Year 4.
Implement strategies to manage and improve the childs behaviour.
Assist the child in engaging with classroom activities and following school routines.
Work closely with the class teacher and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitor and report on the childs behaviour and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Behaviour Support Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, resilience, and a commitment to supporting children with behavioural challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
