Registered Manager Location:St Helens, Merseyside Salary: £34k - £50k + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Full-Time, 37 hours per weekThe Client:Our client is a reputable residential care services provider, offering specialised support for young individuals with complex needs.The Role:As a Registered Manager, youll supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a nurturing and safe environment for residents.Responsibilities:

Uphold professional standards with sensitivity and respect.
Ensure highest standards of care consistently.
Implement learning and development plans.
Monitor and review policies and procedures.
Conduct regular staff reviews and appraisals.
Chair team meetings and coordinate performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
At least 5 years of experience working in a residential setting.
NVQ / ILM / QCF Level 4 / 5 in management or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Excellent record and report writing skills.
Degree in Social Care and Dip SW, or equivalent management qualification (preferred)
Valid UK driving licence.
