Job Description

Registered Manager Location:St Helens, Merseyside Salary: £34k - £50k + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Full-Time, 37 hours per weekThe Client:Our client is a reputable residential care services provider, offering specialised support for young individuals with complex needs.The Role:As a Registered Manager, youll supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a nurturing and safe environment for residents.Responsibilities:

  • Uphold professional standards with sensitivity and respect.
  • Ensure highest standards of care consistently.
  • Implement learning and development plans.
  • Monitor and review policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff reviews and appraisals.
  • Chair team meetings and coordinate performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a residential setting.
  • NVQ / ILM / QCF Level 4 / 5 in management or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent record and report writing skills.
  • Degree in Social Care and Dip SW, or equivalent management qualification (preferred)
  • Valid UK driving licence.
