Job Description

Our client, a household name, is currently looking for a post-qualified accountant to work closely with the Head of Finance focusing on all things finance with a logistics bias. This role will partner with the fulfilment team and duties will include

Business partnering with supply chain
Carrier cost reporting
Balance sheet reconciliations
Stock reconciliations
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Variance and budget analysis
Capex project reporting
KPI reporting

Experience working in logistics is key to the success of this role as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving business that is on an exciting journey of evolution. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred but strong Excel skills are essential. This role will initially be for a four month period but there could be scope for longevity for the right person. Alongside excellent benefits, this role offers hybrid working with a base of St Neots for 2 - 3 days a week.
