Job Description

Hardware Support Technician - PermanentMonday to Friday 9-5pmAre you a motivated and technical individual who is looking to work for a well-established company that offer excellent training and skill development opportunitiesWe are recruiting for a Hardware Support Technician on a full-time permanent basis. You will be building different systems that will then be installed by engineers across the UK.Areas of responsibility include:

Answering calls and emails from customers to resolve any hardware issues
Shipping replacement equipment parts to customers when required
Liaising with installation engineers and customer support to ensure all installations run smoothly and on time
Recording stock and serial numbers and highlighting any shortages to the Hardware Manager
Repairing and testing faulty equipment
Completing training sessions to increase knowledge of hardware

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated and have a professional telephone manner
High attention to detail
Previous experience of working within a team environment
Hardworking and committed, with a sense of humour
