Job Description

Urgent need for a highly organised, systems savvy HR Officer to join a best-in-class HR team as HR Officer, during a period of exciting change. Ideally you will have CIPD level 5 or demonstrate experience in key areas. Initially for c 10-month contract,you will join the team to support with:

  • Supporting key stakeholders on employee relations including disciplinary and grievances; and implementation of policy and process.
  • Advising on recruitment strategies, how to attract and retain key talent in an organisation that is undergoing extensive change.
  • Supporting employees on policy, process and accessing key support from EAP and healthcare benefits.
  • Delivering accurate HR administration to include provision of key metric reporting on areas including attendance, long term sickness, cost per hire, time to hire.
  • Updating and maintaining the organisation structure and reporting lines within their HR system.
It is essential that you can start within at least four weeks and bring previous experience working in a fast paced, highly professional HR team. You must be quick to learn and adopt new systems, be able to extract and analyse data on Excel and show breadthof experience in handling an ER case load.You will gain highly relevant experience within an organisation that is transforming and changing - surrounded by highly expert sector specialists, there will always be someone to ask for advice, but you must want autonomy and responsibility from your nextrole.You will need to be in the office Monday to Thursday - current provision is to work from home on a Friday, but this is subject to change.You will need to be able to drive ideally to make sure you can get to the office location.Benefits are generous and include
