They are seeking a hands-on operations and sales professional who excels in making presentations and participating in client meetings, driving growth throughdirect engagement and innovative solutions.Responsibilities:

As a warehouse manager you will manage the receipt, storage, servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
As a warehouse manager you will enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
As a warehouse manager you will oversee stock control and inventory systems.
As a warehouse manager you will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
Plan work rotas, assign tasks, and appraise results.
As a warehouse manager you will recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.
Produce regular reports and statistics.
As a warehouse manager you will Initiate and coordinate process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Knowledge of supply chain management or business administration (Preferred)
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Proficiency in IT systems (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators.
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
