If you’re an experienced New Homes Customer Care Administrator who is working for volume house builder but now looking for a role with a smaller developer, you’ll want to hear about this exciting opportunity.You’ll be working for a prestigious developer who create stunning homes and place the highest priority on customer service which is proven through numerous industry awards for build quality and customer satisfaction.As an experienced Customer Care Administrator, you’ll be supporting the Customer Care & Management Team. Typical duties will include dealing with incoming calls and assisting where possible and/or forwarding messages where applicable; managing the departmentemail inbox; logging maintenance enquiries with contractors, closing work orders and raising invoices; ordering materials and parts; updating trackers; contacting homeowners post completion of works to ascertain satisfaction data and any other ad hoc dutiesas required.You’ll be a positive team member who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer care experience to customers, supporting likeminded colleagues and possess an understanding of new homes defects.This is a great opportunity to work with a developer who supports career development, proven by many long term employees who have been internally promoted due to their desire to climb the career ladder through hard work and commitment.
