Global People Development (GPD) create, align and execute the strategy for developing our people across M&G plc, aligned with our purpose. The team is a high performing HR Centre of Expertise with a pursuit for prioritising and developing business driven peoplecapabilities whilst delivering an exceptional learner experience. They execute high quality and impactful solutions to meet our strategic priorities, encompassing our behaviours and developing our culture. We are on a journey of moving from a culture of development being "pushed" to individuals to a self-service "pull" using a mix of high impact, scalable digital solutions and bespoke programmes. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels including HR Business Partners, Business Leadership Teams, Steering and User Groups, International colleagues and external partners is a key factor to success in the role . Target audiences within the scope of this role are: individual contributors (all levels), people managers and senior leaders.
