You will collaborate with all teams within both sites to identify and share best practices, looking for improvementsto increase yield or identify savings. Youll add value through coaching, developing the culture on both sites, and supporting plant leadership in change management and performance improvements using CI tools such as Lean thinking and Six Sigma methodologiesin line with the Johnson Controls Management System (JCMS).How You Will Do ItEstablish & Execute Improvement Roadmap: Work with all levels of the plants to reduce conversion cost gaps and assess current operations, supporting the development of future state plans and driving progression.Coach & Facilitate Teams: Guide teams on CI philosophies, facilitate project teams, ensure process owner involvement, and provide leadership through goal setting, follow-up, and feedback.Collaborate with Plant Managers: Support strategic initiatives, compliance to standards, and implement new systems like JCMS. Design creative solutions for continuous improvement.Travel as Needed: Oversee both Stockport and Frome plants, with approximately 25% travel or as deemed necessary.What We Look ForRequired Qualifications:

• Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Degree Level Qualification.
• Experience as a Lean Implementer.
• Proven examples of implementing continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Operational Management or Quality Management.
