Reporting to the Partner, you will be responsible for a range of clients, mostly SME across varied industries. They are a small and friendly firm who take pride in providing clients with the best possible service and building relationships over the years.DescriptionPreparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.Potentially take part in audit (4 small audit clients)Get involved in client meetings and being a key point of contact for queries.Working closely alongside a team of experienced and knowledgeable individuals to oversee the success of the firm.Oversee the workflow for the wider team and take responsibility for the mentoring and coaching of junior staff and their continued professional development.ProfileThe successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA) with a successful track record in an Accountancy Practice.You will be working with a portfolio of clients, be comfortable in managing client relationships and supervising a team of colleagues.You will have experience in identifying and on boarding new clients, as well as selling additional advisory services within the existing client base.Job OfferProfessional subscription paidSalary between £40,000 - £45,000Pension auto enrolment37.5 hour weekOpportunity to leave early on a Friday during Summer timeNo overtime necessary
