They bring 40 years of passion, enthusiasm and high quality to every project thatthey work on.Position Summary:My client is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising designers and contractors on safety measures and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations throughout project lifecycles.Key Responsibilities:- Advise designers on design safety options.- Assist clients in making informed choices regarding safety.- Support contractors in achieving compliance with CDM regulations.- Compile CDM design and construction risk registers.- Lead a small department of CDM Principal Designers in due course.Qualifications and Experience:- NEBOSH National Construction Certificate or equivalent.- Minimum 2-3 years experience working under the CDM Regulations 2015 in Construction Design Management.- Experience compiling CDM design and construction risk registers.- Membership of a relevant professional body preferred but not essential.Personal Attributes:- Articulate and well-presented.- Strong communication skills.- Strong work ethic and a good team player.- Ambitious and motivated to lead a small department in the future.How to Apply:If you are an ambitious individual with a passion for construction safety and compliance, please submit your CV to Niall(@)huntermasonconsulting(.com)
