Document Controller - ConstructionNortheastFull Time | Monday to Friday | 07:30 - 17:00Contract - 55 weeksRate Negotiable depending on experienceI am really excited to be supporting a regional contractor in securing the operational team for a new construction project in the northeast.They are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage the information flow on site.The Role* Control versions of drawings* Manage drawing approvals to consultants and subcontractors* Maintain drawing numbering protocol* Maintain filing systems* General Admin duties* Some reception work* Produce a Health & Safety file to be passed to the client on completion of the projectRequirements;To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;* Extensive experience as a Document Controller * Experience working in the Construction Industry* Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Applications including Sharepoint* Other beneficial systems experience would be ShareFile, ViewPoint or Procore* NVQ OR Diploma in Business Administration or similarThis is a freelance position working via Search Consultancy for a 55 week duration.The rate is negotiable depending on experience.
