Job Title: RS TeacherContract Type: Full Time ContractPay Rate:£34,514 - £51,179 DOELocation:Surbiton, KingstonAbout the Role:Anzuk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Studies Teacher for our partner secondary school in Surbiton, Kingston, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and educate young minds in the field of religiousstudies. The role offers the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. The role will start in September and will run for the full academic year. This role is through anzuk education as your employer however the school may want to make youa permanent member of staff during this contact.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive religious studies lessons to secondary school students.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and open discussion.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive and inclusive educational experience.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience teaching religious studies at the secondary school level.
A clean DBS check on the update service.
Strong knowledge of various religious beliefs, practices, and ethical systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.
