Job Description

Our Client, a very well regarded practice based in Surrey is currently looking for a temporary Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to cover for a period of one year.The Role:

  • Providing efficient administrative support service to Fee Earners, including the preparation of high quality documents, proposals and presentations;
  • Document production on Property matters;
  • Onboarding new clients whilst adhering to the Firms compliance procedures;
  • Extensive diary management, using Microsoft Outlook;
  • Supporting Fee Earners with invoicing;
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements.
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous secretarial experience
  • Current working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital dictation;
  • Proactive, professional attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
