Job Description

Our team is passionate about helping each child reach their full potential, and we are looking for a dynamic and empatheticBehaviour Assistant to join us on this mission.Role Overview:As a Behaviour Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and mental well-being of our students. You will work closely with our experienced staff to implement individualized strategies, helping students overcome challengesand thrive in their academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of behaviour management plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to tailor educational approaches.
  • Monitor and track student progress.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • A compassionate and understanding approach.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or related field.
