Our team is passionate about helping each child reach their full potential, and we are looking for a dynamic and empatheticBehaviour Assistant to join us on this mission.Role Overview:As a Behaviour Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and mental well-being of our students. You will work closely with our experienced staff to implement individualized strategies, helping students overcome challengesand thrive in their academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of behaviour management plans.
Provide one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teaching staff to tailor educational approaches.
Monitor and track student progress.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
A compassionate and understanding approach.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or related field.
