In this exciting Management Accountant role, you will be instrumental in enhancing financial decision-making processes within a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team shaping the next stage of this business as itgrows!Client DetailsOur client has a substantial presence in Swansea, the company has an extensive network that spans across the region, providing excellent services to a wide array of clients.Description- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets on a weekly and monthly basis- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement for prior periods and future forecasts.- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures where applicable.- Monitor and manage accounts payable processes with the assistance of an accounts assistant.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to both senior management team and Board of Directors.- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff to allow for a clear progression through the business which should allow the candidate further growth.- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during the audit process- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required by their own analysis or from Senior Management or Directors.- Attend meetings to feedback, present or answer questions from the team.ProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:
