Job Description

Recruitment Consultant – EducationOffice based –Ethos, Kings Road, Swansea SA1 8AS£26,000 - £38,000DOE + uncapped commission Do you want to earn a competitive salary that increases with success Are you driven, determined and motivated to succeed TeacherActive are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Swansea.This role is fully office-based, Monday - Friday.Working hours:Term time: 1x: 7:30-17:30, 2x: 7:30-17:00, 2x: 7:30-16:30School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pmapprox.The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Business development with new and existing clients to generate opportunities
  • Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
  • Attending client meetings/school visits
  • Shortlisting CVs, screening educators and interviewing to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
  • Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
  • Reviewing your performance to continually improve
You need to be adaptable in recruitment as no two days are the same. The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy.TeacherActive Benefits:
  • Realistic year one OTE of£38,000(based off a starting salary of 26k) with potential to exceed this

Key skills required:
  • Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role
