A full driving licence is a must as you will be required to flex between working from home, our office in Leamington spa and occasionally our sister office in South Leicestershire.About the roleThe ultimate goal is to make a memorable impact by creating thumb-stopping, engaging content that captivates, educates, and entertains our target audiences across multiple social channels.Our content creator will report directly into our General Manager, and will work closely alongside our fabulous marketing manager and sub agencies to ensure messages, strategies and brands are all aligned throughout planning and execution.What would you be responsible forIt’s down to you to create, deliver and continually develop an exciting content strategy across multiple social platforms for the four brands within Coaching 360. Focusing on increasing engagement and building a loyal following.By …· Bringing new, exciting and innovative ideas to the table· Producing high-quality video and image content

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Collaborating with clients and team members
• Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Tracking and analysing content performance to refine and improve our strategies
• Reporting on and presenting your ideas, plans and reviews to the management team
