Summary As a Service Assistant youll work across visitor areas, helping different departments deliver high-quality customer service.Salary: Hourly rate £11.50Contract/duration:Fixed term until January 2025Hours/working pattern:This is an hourly paid, fixed term role working various weekend shifts. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needsof the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. You may be required to work bank holidays in this role. What its like to work here Reporting to the Visitor Experience Officer, you’ll be part of a team working at Box Hill as part of the Surrey Hills portfolio. What youll be doing Service Assistants play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors.No two days are the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. You’ll be involved in differenttasks.These could include greeting visitors on arrival, car park compliance, memberships, trail and facilities checking. Most importantly you’ll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for theirvisit.You must be prepared and able to work out doors in all conditions and terrain. This role is for weekend assistance and would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.
