Job Description

Quality Technician Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing Yolk Recruitment is supporting an exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring that products meet the highest qualitystandards, positively impacting the sites performance in Quality, Cost, and Delivery. If you are meticulous and driven by quality, this position is for you!This is what youll be doing:

Ensure representative samples are collected.
Conduct all required tests on relevant samples according to quality system specifications.
Verify and maintain accurate traceability paperwork, adhering to GMP standards.
Make informed decisions on stock and input information into the stock management system.
Communicate control results and decisions as needed.
Perform administrative tasks, including timely record completion and filing, and manage retainer stores.
Prepare, titrate, calibrate, and validate reagents and equipment as appropriate.
Organise work to meet customer priorities.
Record non-conformances and follow up with appropriate communication.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices.
Assist the Quality Department and Lab Manager with various quality tasks, including internal audits, training new staff, preparing procedures, and assisting with investigations.

Ability to work with technical drawings / Dimension tools such as Callipers etc.
Understanding of testing equipment.
Experience working with engineering drawings.
