Halcyon Health and Social Care are excited to announce that we are working with a client who has an exceptional opportunity arise for an experienced Deputy Manager in the Taunton area. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to assistin the developing of a "gold star" service from the start.As a Deputy Manager, you will be working alongside their Registered Manager who has over 10 years of experience in the social care sector, specialising in Positive Behavioural Support.The home will be registered to support up to four adults who have complex support needs – this may be mental health needs, autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and/or mild to moderate learning disabilities.We are looking for someone who can truly believes in their values which are:-We are Passionate & Ambitious -we strongly believe in doing what we do, to the best of our ability - even if nobody is watching, and even when it’s not easy!
