The working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. As part of our dynamic office environment, you will collaborate with the operations team. Yourmainresponsibility will be to engage with a select group of clients to comprehend their needs for freelance staff.Thiswill involve identifyingthe right contractors for the positions and managing all aspects of the contract negotiation process.Responsibilities:- Working closely with our clients to find the perfect freelance personnelfor their needs.- Building relationships with freelance professionals, understanding theirneeds,and finding them therightprojects.- Negotiating rates and terms tomake sureeveryones happywith the contract.- Partnering with our Operations Assistants to ensure contractors arrive on time and meet our clients needs.- Helpingoutwith travel plans and other little things (liketraining courses and PCR tests) to keep the project running smoothly.- Attending industry events to meet new and existing clients and contractors.Qualifications:

We arelooking forindividuals with experience in office administration, customer service, sales, key accounts, or recruitment.Comprehensive training will be provided.
MS Office experience.
Confident with verbal and written communication.
Excellent telephonemanor.
