Job Description

Change Recruitment are happy to be working with a progressive and growing multinational organisation with a business in Taunton. At this time we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent full time basis.Working directly with the onsite HRBP you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle, process improvement, mentoring of line managers and ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.This role is ideally suited to someone looking to further progress their career, someone that is keen to look into process improvement and have the ability to take on additional responsibility from the HRBP stepping in/up as required.Duties include:

  • Employee Relations: performance management, employee relations and people management/development.Offering expert advice, coaching, and support to managers on employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, and conflictresolution, escalating to the HR BP as necessary
  • Full recruitment management for the site (coordinating interviews, contracts of employment, and onboarding)
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver learning and training programs for line managers and all employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management, including conducting end-of-year and mid-year reviews, goal setting, and using development tools
  • Sickness and absence management.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request.
  • Offer advice and assistance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Organise and execute social events and activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Working hand in hand with the HRBP onvarious HR projects.
