We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Bookings Department as a Customer Service Advisor.This is a full-time permanent position with a 42-hour week. You will be working Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm and alternate Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm.Our Call Centre Advisors look forward to the following:

Basic salary of £25,000
Hybrid working upon completion of training.
No late nights Additional company benefits including £500 refer a friend bonus and colleague car scheme.

In this role you will be dealing with calls from our customers to book their cars in for services, MOTs, repairs or recalls. You will also upsell beneficial products and services that will enhance the customer’s vehicle and help to maintain the general healthof the vehicle, such as air-conditioning services and winter checks.We want to hear from you if you have previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills and are computer literate.
