Job Description

An HR Advisor is needed to provide robust HR guidance, support and solutions to drive the people agenda and enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives within the retail industry.Client DetailsOur client is a large-scale retail industry company headquartered in Manchester, employing over 2000 people across the UK.   • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement HR initiatives that support the companys strategic objectives.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance management and talent development processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
  • Coordinate with the wider HR team on recruitment, training, and development activities.
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the companys culture.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Job Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £32,000 per annum.
