Role Responsibilities:

Full Residential Property Conveyancing: Manage the entire conveyancing process with confidence and expertise, including:
- o Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- o Conducting property searches.
- o Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- o Preparing transfer documents.
- o Handling exchanges and completions.
Supervise Juniors: Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.

About You:

Experienced and Confident: You have substantial experience in conveyancing and are confident in your abilities.
Leadership Skills: You are happy to take the lead and supervise junior team members.
