Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our client, a leading sustainable packaging distributor. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to new and existing customers as wellas providing customer support via telephone, emails and web chats. This is an exciting time for a target-driven individual to join a growing and busy team, which also offers a bonus scheme.£28k per annum, plus bonus schemeMonday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 mins for lunch (4.30pm finish on Friday)20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for Christmas)Fully office-based in UxbridgeDuties include:

  • Meeting set weekly targets
  • Order processing via phone & email
  • Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
  • Upselling to new and existing customers
  • Follow up and chase sample requests
  • Taking incoming Sales calls in absence of Sales Team
  • Operate Live Chat System
  • Account management of key accounts
  • Send mailshots to existing and new customers
  • Taking incoming sales calls
  • Listen to the customers needs to generate repeat sales
  • Gather & document customer information, purchases and reactions to products
  • Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products
Skills/Experience:
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Target-driven
  • Calm and able to work under pressure
  • IT literate
  • Able to problem solve
  • Excellent team worker
