Job Description

This position requires a forward-thinking HR Advisor who will be a strong team player, capable of supporting a busy, hcanging, evolving Human Resources team delivering a great HR service across the business. Based in Castleford 4 days per week, WFH 1 daythe successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks working with managers across the business for all aspects of HR.Client DetailsA great opportunity to join a growing business working as part of a small, dynamic HR team to support delivering the business objective via the people.Description

  • Reporting into the HR Manager
  • Employee Relations
  • Supporting the HR team in the delivery of HR services
  • Advising on policies and procedures
  • Handling HR-related documentation
  • Providing guidance on employee relations issues
  • Assisting with performance management processes
  • HR Data and reporting
  • Coordinating HR projects
  • Assisting with training and development initiatives
ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • CIPD qualification desirable
