Are you a confident and proactive trust and grants fundraising manager who wants to use their skills to help enable, inspire and support children with cerebral palsyCharity People is partnering with Stick n Step to help find a new Trust and Grants Fundraising Manager to support them to improve the lives of the children and families they support.Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annumContract: Permanent, full time (35 hours a week) happy to discuss flexible working, including reduced or compressed hours Location: Ideally 1 day from Wallasey/Runcorn (some flexibility on choice of main location) alongside working from home.Key Benefits: Flexible working arrangements, 28 days annual leave + birthday holiday + bank holidays.About the charityThrough ground-breaking, personalised therapy that isnt available on the NHS, Stick n Step is currently improving day-to-day life for families in the Northwest by helping children gain their independence, boost their self-confidence and reach their individualpotential. Stick n Step offers a safe space for children to learn how to do things differently through repeated messages while offering respite to their families while they are on session. The impact of the support the charity delivers is so tangible itcan be seen almost instantly as children leave their sessions with huge smiles on their faces having learned new skills that day. This impact provides such a tremendous motivation to the staff team; joining the team at Stick n Step is being part of somethingtruly special.About the roleStick n Step already have established relationships within trusts and foundations; however, they have big plans to diversify their portfolio and reach a larger range of supporters. To do this, they are looking for a Trusts and Grants Fundraising Managerto join the team. In your role, youll meet and exceed their trusts and grants targets through fundraising proposals. Your day to day will involve preparing compelling written applications, reports, and thank you letters, and supporting the stewardship ofdonors, along with working with the classroom team to research and identify impact stories, case studies, images and videos to include in your applications. As part of your role, youll work closely with an amazing Chief Executive and Head of Conductive Education.About youThis role will suit a skilled relationship builder and communicator with experience writing successful and compelling fundraising applications. Youll need a track record of meeting income targets and the ability to present to a high standard.Youll also need to have strong organisational skills, with experience in planning and prioritising multiple projects at once. Youll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
