Due to a promotion they are seeking a confident and articulate individual to join their friendly firm in Warmley, Bristol. In this role you will report into the Sales & Support Manager. This isan office based sales role and you will be responsible for growing a large territory and finding new outlets for their products in the Trade and DIY product ranges.They are seeking a customer-oriented internal salesperson to utilise inbound and outbound communications to achieve sales targets on a business-to-business basis. Day to day responsibilities will include active outbound prospecting across a range of DIYand Trade Woodcare/Decorator Centre/Builders Merchant & Retail markets & manufacturers. It also includes targeting and prospecting contractor end users for certain high ticket/technical products.For inbound and routine account care, you would seek to cross-sell or up-sell our products where possible. You will receive incoming queries and orders and assist with new business inquiries, as well as maintain an accurate record of all calls/communicationsmade and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer queries, orders, and complaints, and be proactive in process and product improvement.Responsibilities will include:• To seek out new business opportunities.• To drive account development with good relationship management skills.• Strong self-drive, diligence and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.The Person:For this role our client seeking a confident, personable individual to be join them. Ideally you will have sales experience but they are also very happy to consider customer facing experience and deal with customer requirements, demonstrate good communication,negotiation, and customer service skills. Technical knowledge and experience of woodcare products, general DIY and trade chemicals would be an advantage but not essential. Or you could be a keen n DIY’er• A natural team player instinctively collaborating for the wider benefit.• Persuasive and engaging both in verbal and written communication.• Ability to sell on quality, performance and service.• Good interpersonal skills.• High degree of integrity.• IT literate in MS Office and CRM.• Being flexible, energetic with a good teamwork mentality and a hands-on approach.The Hours:39.5 hour per week, 8am-5pm Monday to Thursdays and 8am-4.30 FridaysThe Salary:£25,000 to £28,000 Depending on experience plus a bonus scheme (c£2,500 per year)The Benefits:24 days holiday + Bank Holiday, Pension, Car parking, social eventsThe Location:
