  1. You will work within the SEND team at Warrington Borough Council and report directly to one of the SEND team managers. The team is made up of 11 case workers, a QA officer and Manager.The successful candidate will have:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • The ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, especially with regards to statutory timescales for EHCP Annual Reviews and Key Stage Transfers.
    • The ability to work independently.
    • The ability to manage relationships with parents and children and young people, building positive relationships.
    • Resilience under pressure.
    • The ability to demonstrate a high degree of awareness to the needs of service users.
