Your New Career Opportunity.You will be working in a fast-moving, high-volume manufacturing site, based in the heart of Washington. The role is to support the on-site recruitment operation, in ensuring all workers are accurately administrated, their working hours are checked and verified,and all data is transferred onto internal reports for payroll processing. You will at times, need to speak with Team Leaders and Supervisors, to check the workers on shift and their actual hours. You will also be working with a bespoke, software system tocheck all worker hours and data are correct.   • Perform daily data entry, typing correspondence and handling sensitive data
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment database.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and practices.
  • Providing administration support duties to the recruitment team.
  • Respond to general recruitment & payment queries.
About you.
  • You will have a strong administration background and excellent data entry skills.
  • You will be very interested in a career in the recruitment industry.
  • Any experience with HR or payroll systems would be an advantage, though not essential.
  • You will be happy to work in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Driving Licence highly advantageous
  • You will be hard working, reliable, and focused, with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use information systems including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • You will be highly IT literate, with experience of using excel.
