Job Description

AdministratorTemporary to PermanentOA are currently working with a reputable and well-established, leading organisation within FMCG, to support them with hiring anAdministrator.This is an exciting role for someone who wants to join an ambitious and growing company.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4.30pm
  • Weekly Pay - £12.82 per hour
  • Immediate start

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to telephone and email customer queries
  • Processing and loading invoices
  • Raising and processing orders
  • Additional admin tasks
  • Support with marketing and updating company social platforms
Accountant – Previous Skills and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Knowledge of SAGE and marketing platforms would be ideal
