Customer Service Executive/New business Office based - Monday to Friday Watford £25,000 plus commission and great benefits Job descriptionOur client is a successful, thriving Insurance Broker based in Watford, specializing in business and property insurance for UK SMEs.We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our vibrant, friendly team in the New Business/Sales function.We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join the team and help us develop new business. The role has the option to change into a field sales position for the right candidate.We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist in developing new business opportunities. This role offers the potential to transition into a field sales position for the right candidate, providing a unique opportunityfor career growth and development within our company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the designated locations to introduce products and services offered.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to educate prospects on the benefits and coverage options of the various insurance plans, tailored to their needs.
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Successful Candidates are expected to have:
  • Previous experience of working as a Customer Services/Tele-Sales Specialist ideally in the insurance/broker industry,
  • Experience of generating new leads and working towards financial targets,
  • Experience of establishing a client portfolio,
  • Have excellent communication skills,
  • Client relationship management experience,
  • Be a strong team player,
  • Pay high attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.
