Electrical Engineer - Industrial MachineryLocation: Wednesbury, SandwellSalary: £35,000 - £45,000Job Type: Full Time - PermanentWorking Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

About the Role:As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our production machinery. Your responsibilities will include:

Promptly responding to production breakdowns.
Supporting the repair and maintenance of plant machinery, including hydraulics and PLCs.
Reducing plant breakdowns through proactive maintenance.
Designing and developing new machinery installations.
Ensuring Health & Safety standards are upheld.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date drawings and paperwork.
Performing planned maintenance checks.
Undertaking emergency repairs as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Electrician in the industrial sector, particularly with machinery and plants.
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is advantageous.
Experience with power press machinery is a plus.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
18th Edition certification.
C&G 2391-52 certification.
CSCS card.
Strong ability to read and work with engineering/technical drawings.
